Body measurements are required only when placing a custom clothing order.
2. Orders & Custom Measurements
Custom clothing orders require accurate body measurements provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy before finalizing an order.
N & S is not responsible for incorrect fit due to inaccurate measurements.
3. Order Modification & Cancellation
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours.
After 24 hours, production begins.
Once production starts, orders cannot be changed or refunded.
4. Ready-Made Purchases
Ready-made items do not require measurements.
All ready-made purchases are non-refundable.

Sales are valid only within the contiguous United States.
6. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Orders are delivered within 20–30 days after confirmation.
7. Payments
All payments must be completed at checkout.

8. Returns & Refunds
Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.
